The website has no accounts, forms or newsletter. If you email or call us, we use your name, contact details and message only to reply and to discuss the work you asked about. We keep this correspondence while the conversation or our cooperation lasts, and after that for as long as the law requires.
If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are useful. It records the pages you view, your approximate location (country and city), your device and browser type, and how you reached the site. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. We don't use this data for advertising and don't combine it with other data about you. The legal basis is your consent.
Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited. Google may process the data outside the EU, including in the USA, under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. Google keeps event data (such as page views) for 2 months and data linked to your visitor ID for 14 months after your last visit; after that only aggregated reports remain.
This site sets the following cookies:
Google Analytics runs only after you click Accept in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page, or with the button below. If you withdraw consent, we delete the Google Analytics cookies from your browser.
Under the GDPR and the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection, you can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing and data portability. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interest and withdraw consent at any time. Write to us at office@programerika.com.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of Serbia (www.poverenik.rs) or with the data protection authority in your EU country.
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
